Funeral services for Virginia Ray Wooten Phillips, 75, of Cullman will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; with interment in Shedd Cemetery.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
