Funeral services for Randal Keith Starnes, 55, of Cullman will be held on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; Johnny Crumpton officiating, with interment in Fairview West Cemetery.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
