The Cullman County Sheriff's Department honor guard will be present from 1 p.m to 2 p.m. to honor Mr. Burrow's 33 years of service as a deputy with the Sheriff's Department.

Larry Wayne Skinner, 61, of Hayden passed away Monday April 8, 2013 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham. There are no services planned for Mr. Skinner, as it was his desire to be cremated.
