Funeral services for Roger Dale Starnes, 60, of Cullman will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; Jim Hampton officiating with interment in Mt. Zion Nazarene Cemetery in Blount County.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
