Funeral services for Walter Frederick Spinks, 83, of Empire will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel; Eddie Frank Nichols and Wayne Wisener officiating; with interment in Bethlehem East Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
