Funeral services for Norbert Ray Cowart, 68, of Hanceville will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church; Pastor John Jankens officiating; with interment in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. He will lie in state from noon to 1 p.m. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
