Funeral Services for Thomas Clinton Black, 54 of Walter will be Wednesday March14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home; with interment at Duck River Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m.
