Mrs. Mary Lou Hartwig, 91, of Hanceville, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018.

She was born January 19, 1927, to Vanie William and Mertie Rodgers Brown.

Visitation will be Friday at 12:00 PM, with graveside services at Hopewell Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Brother Steve Burgett is officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 66 years, Karl Hartwig.

Survivors include; a son, David Julius Hartwig, of Colorado, two grandchildren, William Theodore Hartwig, of Knoxville, TN., and Katie Elizabeth Hartwig, of Nashville, TN.

Minnie Crumbley

Mrs. Minnie Mae Crumbley, 89, of Hanceville, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018.

She was born December 13, 1928, to Sam and Minnie Ann Chamblee Parker.

Visitation will be Thursday at 10:00 AM, and her service will begin at 11:00 in the chapel. Interment will be in Mulberry Cemetery. Reverend Gary Waddell will be officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aubrey Crumbley, a son Tony Crumbley, a brother, Calvin Parker, and sisters Geneva Putman, and Hazel Crumbley.

Survivors include; three daughters, Betty Lynn Creasey, of Ava, MO., Nancy Pamela Crumbley, of Hanceville, AL., Regina (Brent) Newman, of Blountsville, AL., a daughter-in-law, Sheila Ann Crumbley, of Foley, AL., eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.

Turner, Mary

Mrs. Mary V. Turner, 88, of Hanceville, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018.

She was born April 17, 1930, to Walter B. Leeth, and Mary O. Stewart.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 11, at 5:30 PM. Service will be Friday, October 12, at Fairview Missionary Baptist Church. She will lie in state from 11:00 until service time at 12:00 noon, with interment following in Colony Community Cemetery. Reverend Clarence Pitts, and Reverend Twitty will be officiating.

Preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Leon Turner, and a son; Mervin Turner.

Survivors include; her children, Phyllis (Anthony) Flannigan, Edwin Turner, Clifford (Elenior) Turner, Sharon Turner Nation, Anthony Turner, a brother; Charles Richard (Dorothy) Leeth, eight Grandchildren, and four Great Grandchildren.

Morgan

Mrs. Clarice Morgan, 85, of Hanceville, passed away on Sunday September 30, 2018.

She was born May 3, 1933, to Clyde Logan Alexander and Sadie Bell Murphy.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 12:30 and her service will begin at 2:00 PM, in the chapel, with interment in Hopewell cemetery. Truman Davis officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Morgan, and a brother, James Alexander.

Survivors include three daughters, Ann Hammond, of Trussville, Janice Law, of Hanceville, and Donna Holcomb, of Morris, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren,  two sisters, Margie Haynes, of Hanceville, Kathy Johnson, of Gardendale, and a brother Jimmy Dale Alexander, of Arab.
